You will be assessed an extra late penalty charge every 30 days after that.
THE RISK OF LOSS
All purchases made through our website are made under the terms of a shipment contract. When we deliver such things to the carrier, the risk of loss and title pass to you.

Any dispute, controversy, or difference that may arise between the parties as a result of, in relation to, or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. This agreement contains the parties' entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no other agreement related hereto shall bind either party herein.
